Personal Touch Career Services (PTCS) aimed to improve its digital presence by creating a streamlined and consistent brand across social media platforms and marketing materials. As a company with over 20 years of experience helping job seekers across the U.S., PTCS needed a strategy that not only reflected its professionalism but also provided valuable, engaging content to its diverse audience. With no established social media strategy or consistent branding in place, the goal was to develop a modern, effective approach that aligned with their mission of empowering job seekers.
Our Approach
We began with a comprehensive social media audit, which included competitor analysis, hashtag research, content pillar development, and identifying the best platforms for PTCS to focus on.
