AI & Web QA Coordinator

Mondo is a marketing and web company based in Inverness, FL, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AI & Web QA Coordinator.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly alongside our team on real client projects — websites, digital tools, and AI-powered workflows that are already live or actively in development. You won't be starting from scratch; you'll be jumping in, learning fast, and helping us make sure everything we ship is polished, functional, and on point.

We're flexible on part-time or full-time depending on the right fit. Some in-person work at our Inverness office is required on a weekly basis.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Testing websites and web applications for bugs, broken links, layout issues, and functionality problems across devices and browsers
  • Supporting QA on software and digital projects — checking that things work the way they're supposed to before and after launch
  • Working with AI tools (like ChatGPT and Claude) daily to assist with workflows, content review, testing prompts, and improving processes
  • Reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and quality across client and internal projects
  • Flagging issues clearly and communicating findings to the team
  • Supporting internal Mondo projects alongside client work

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail — you notice things other people miss
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others)
  • Basic understanding of how websites work (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
  • Good communicator who can clearly document and report issues
  • Self-motivated and reliable — this team moves fast and trusts you to keep up
  • Local to Inverness, FL or nearby — in-person availability required weekly
